Human Resources Specialist – Benefits (1 Year Contract)
This position is within the HR Department and reports to Senior Human Resources Manager – Compensation & Benefits. The Human Resources Specialist – Benefits will be responsible for implementation and providing ongoing support of compensation & benefits programs that enables for the attraction, retention and motivation of employees and he/she will be responsible for analysing HR data to enable effective decision making. Will create and maintain accurate HR reports to be used by HR team and EKFC leadership team. . Key Accountabilities Review and benchmark existing company benefits to market data & UAE labour law to determine company’s competitive position and develop recommendations for modifications of these policies.
