Main Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the senior legal counsel, you will have an important role in the following key responsibilities/ duties. Key Responsibilities/Duties: Reviewing contracts to determine company rights and obligations, and assisting to formulate a strategy in relation to contractual and legal disputes Assisting with claims against clients for non-payment and defending claims from clients Assist the business with sound advice in matters relating to contractual disputes Provision of commercial advice to the business, including robust business governance and project controls Degree qualified LLB (or equivalent) in a Common Law jurisdiction 2-4 years post qualifying experience Engineering/ construction law experience preferred Middle East litigation experience Self-starter and able to operate with minimal direction Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines Apply to Job
