Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for a Float Bilingual Legal Assistant to join their growing team in Dubai. As a Float Bilingual Legal Assistant, you are expected to provide secretarial coverage to the various practice groups and assist the reception when the support staff is on annual or sick leave, or whenever any departments require extra secretarial assistance. Part of your duties include but not limited to document typing, analysis and formatting documents, audio typing, drafting and translating legal documents from English to Arabic and vice-versa and other adhoc requirements that may arise.
