Aftersales Manager
To boost Electrolux aftermarket sales revenues, initially developing the spare parts business in the region and secondly, developing and implementing new products and services and opening new channels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To complete review spare parts flows, processes and systems Within the central team, develop a value based pricing concept for spare parts Full P&L; responsibility for Spares and Services Track and control spare parts costs Define and implement the spare parts commercial policy within Electrolux brand distributors in the region Within the purchasing team, review contracts and agreements within spare parts suppliers(OEMS). Implement and monitor the aftermarket KPIs. Build partnerships/alliances and new business models for new services development.
