Company: Kemistry HR The Role We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager who will lead the Training/L&D and Talent management for a fast growing business. Key Responsibilities Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards Plan and deliver training courses across the GCC The Candidate 5 years plus experience working within Talent Management and L&D E-Commerce/Technical experience - Preferred not essential Strong experienc...
