As an Admission Assistant you are to take payments from a customer in exchange of a service or tickets. You are to process payments using cash, credit cards, coupons, and vouchers. It is the admission assistant’s responsibility to provide accurate ticket prices and promotional offers. To assist customers with travel options and process their tickets on time in order to sustain continued customer patronage Roles and Responsibilities Assist the senior travel consultants in planning out of itineraries. Provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets to enable them to proceed with their travel. Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents or forms for travel. Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash/ cheques from customers.
