We at Al Tayer Group are looking for Temporary Human Resources Executive as a part of our HR Business Partner team for a period of 4 months. We are looking for someone who has experience in a mid to large size organisation in Dubai having worked in HR and available immediately on a dependent’s sponsorship. The Key Responsibilities would be: • Contribute in developing unit specific selection processes for timely and cost-effective recruitment of right personnel as per recruitment plan and in accordance to recruitment and manpower budgets. Source cost-effective and appropriate channels, both locally and overseas, to have a wide pool of suitable, prospective candidates available to fill identified vacancies. • Draft suitable appointment adverts and arrange their release in appropriate publications, receive and screen CVs and liaise with concerned parties to arrange selection process. • Manage recruitment process through e-recruitment portal/ system ensuring compliance of policy, ...
