Provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets to enable them to proceed with their travel. Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents or forms for travel. Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash/ cheques from customers.
