Project Surveyor
Company: AECOM The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join our Abu Dhabi office based assets team providing support across a range of projects during both pre and post contract stages. They will join the second year of our in house graduate training programme and will be actively supported with a structured training plan to progress towards APC accreditation in a timely manner. Job Duties. Completing measurement exercises using Cost X measurement software in both 2 and 3D. Preparing estimates at all pre contract stages under supervision of a senior QS. Assist in preparation of tender analysis. Ability to integrate with key members of the design team and Client team. Assist in evaluating claims. Assist in preparation of financial updates and monthly cost reports. Assist in preparing estimates for variation orders for Subcontractors / GC Contractors.
