Responsibilities: • To understand the needs of specific projects and advise on suitable products as required • Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with assistance of Batch Plant Manager • To prepare products to meet the site requirements as and when necessary • Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load into ready mix trucks • Work with Production, Transportation, and Dispatch departments regarding material delivery • Responsible for keeping accurate weight, measure, and billing information to ensure proper crediting to projects • Checks inventory control of raw materials, concrete additives and/or specialized materials and notify appropriate suppliers of production needs • Responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations affecting the operation of batch plant equipment • Responsible for daily inspection of facilities and preparation of maintenan...
