Able to use an oxygen-acetylene rig to cut, heat and weld materials for fabrication and/or repair Able to appropriately select the proper technique to fabricate and weld carbon steels, stainless steel and join stainless to carbon steel Can weld as per requirements. Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process Able to layout and fabricate metal assemblies and weldments for manufacturing and construction purposes.
