Retail Trainer

We are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Trainer who is fluent in English, French and Arabic to join our retail team at Dior in Dubai.
As a Senior Technical Trainer you will support the Training Manager to implement international training strategy and measure the impact. You will be responsible for animating training sessions and become an ambassador of the Dior brand and our expertise as well as coaching Beauty Consultants and conduct GROW on your territory.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Development
- Contribute to adapt & translate if necessary all training materials Execution
- Animate training sessions - integration, product expertise, Dior Art of Selling
