Following up with quotes/payments, submitted to the broker. Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, Claims, Operations, IT etc for resolution of all pending service requests from brokers. Submission of various reports including Broker Production Budget, Production Analysis, Receivable status, Ratios and other related financial reports etc. in a comprehensive and timely manner to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
