Your Responsibilities As an Order Desk Officer, you are responsible for: Conducting Sales Order Processing via SAP. Placing PO (purchase order) with factories. Coordinating with Suppliers (Factories) for Planning / getting info on Ex-works date. Ensuring the DRM (delivery reliability measurement) is in line with targets set.
