Job Description An excellent opportunity to work as an Accountant for a large multinational organisation focussing on Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Forecasting and Bank Reconciliations. You will be supporting the ME and Caspian business based out of our offices in Dubai. Duties and Responsibilities Posting of Vendor Invoices to the correct cost codes. Verify approval process on Invoices, ensure compliance prior to bookings. Process vendor payments in ERP and banking systems. Recording of Staff Expense reports and timely payments. Reconcile agents’ commissions and make payments. Coordinate with Vendors and Agents to resolve issues. Reconcile Vendor Statements and review Aged Payables Bank Reconciliations. Monthly Cash Forecasting for payments. Posting of journal entries in General Ledg...
