Head of Legal (Banking) - 10+ YEARS PQE Charterhouse is working with a bank that is a household name in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Legal (Banking) to be based in their Dubai office. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this is a business critical role, requiring a senior Banking and Finance expert. The wider department comprises of teams handling Dispute Resolution and Corporate matters. This team includes a Senior Legal Counsel, 3 junior / mid-level Counsels, a Paralegal and a Company Secretary who will be responsible for all finance related matters across the Group. This will include Wholesale, Retail, Lending / Syndicate Lending and Specialist Finance (Islamic, Trade, Structured, Asset, Project).
