Track and Civils Manager
Company: Rail Personnel Our client is seeking a Track and Civils Manager to assist with activities in Dubai, UAE. The Track and Civils Manager will have a minimum of 10 years’ technical and management experience. Must be able to oversee all Track and Civil and maintenance activities and verify that it is being carried out safely and to the passengers and the Employer’s satisfaction. Responsible for measuring O&M Contractors performance, must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required. Overseeing the O&M Contractor’s mobilization and including sub-contractors (e.g. Transit Systems Suppliers) Reviewing the O&M Contractor’s submissions; asset and maintenance plans, procedures, instructions.
