Our client, a top end luxury five star hotel in the UAE requires a dynamic and talented Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage with at least two to three years of experience in leading a busy F&B operation in a luxury property. He/she must be highly experienced and have the ability to provide strategic leadership and direction for the F&B team.
