This role oversees the entire pool facility ensuring the safety of patrons through accident prevention and emergency response; maintains lifesaving and other related equipment facilities; and performs related duties as assigned. The incumbent needs to possess the following skill sets: - Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques as well as an understanding of facility characteristics, rules, policies and procedures. - Demonstrate a high standard of swimming instruction in accordance with the International Standards. - Provide Swim Coaching service as necessary - Work schedule on weekends, official holidays and outside office working hours. The role involves a 5 working days per week in rotational shifts of 9 hour duration with a one hour break. The shift timings are 5:45 am to 2:45 pm, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and 1:15 to 10:15 pm.
