To manage and oversee the given portfolio of corporate accounts in the branch, source new business, analyse credit proposals, maintain credit quality and generate revenue towards achievement of the budget. Ensure quality assets are booked in the Bank's portfolio and Special Assets are managed and resolved: • To approve credits and restructured credits within own individual discretion; • Credit - To supervise a team of Credit Managers & Analysts, who will, in turn, review, recommend, gain approval for and communicate the credit risk decision to Commercial Relationship Managers. • CSAM - Responsible for managing a team of Special Assets managers, providing leadership and direction with respect to negotiating and restructuring the assigned vulnerable portfolio with the goal of minimizing losses and maximizing recoveries.
