Ensures effective implementation of organizational planning and development, employment, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and employee services, and Human Resources information systems (HRIS). Oversees adherence to Human Resources budget and implemented policies. Assists and advises senior management on Human Resources issues. Works collaboratively throughout organization to optimize and execute long-term business strategy.
