Senior Debt Structurer

Purpose of role The Debt Structuring team is an internal and external client facing team responsible for structuring often complex and bespoke lending transactions for HNW and UHNW clients across various jurisdictions and platforms. Global booking centres include London, Offshore Islands, Geneva, Monaco, and Mumbai. Lending solutions structured by the team include all forms of residential and commercial real estate financing, investment (Lombard) lending (diversified and single line), insurance premium finance, and trade finance. The role holder will be expected to assume leadership of local Debt Structuring needs and team, as required by the Head of Banking and Credit.
