To assist customers with travel options and process their tickets on time in order to sustain continued customer patronage Roles and Responsibilities Assist the senior travel consultants in planning out of itineraries. Provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets to enable them to proceed with their travel. Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents or forms for travel. Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash/ cheques from customers. Maintain an up-to-date database of all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc., to offer them personalized service. This an entry level job, related to the Accounting for our 25 branches spread across the region.
