The Railway Safety and Regulation Manager with a minimum of 10 years? senior technical and managerial experience will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the O&M Contractors Safety Management System, Operating Safety Case and the preparation and submission in conformance with their respective contract and SRC requirements. He shall demonstrate prior relevant qualifications, knowledge and experience in safety certification of a new railway (preferably driverless metro). The Service Delivery Manager for each Package with a minimum of 10 years’ technical and management experience will oversee the pre-launch and commercial phases of the O&M Contractors’ activities to verify that all the contractual requirements are fully met. The Service Delivery Manager shall be responsible for launching of the service, station and depot inspections and the ongoing day to day delivery of a safety and excellence in passenger service in accordance with the KPI Regime and best practice. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible on a 24/7 basis for attending incidents, accidents and emergencies that may occur on the metro.
