Rather than being aligned to a specific Finance function, they have oversight across the entire landscape of finance activities within their assigned LoS. They are responsible for providing the interface between the LoS and the finance team - working closely with LoS COOs to ensure that the financial services needs of the LoS are met. This role also provides oversight of LoS challenges and performance, helping Core Finance teams to better support the specific issues faced in LoS.
