As the New Product Development Manager you will be responsible for analysing the market and developing new specialty value added cement products. Additional responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: - Driving horizontal and vertical integration of novelty cement products and applications. - Improving existing product recipes to enhance performance and reduce cost. - Identifying new applications for cement products. - Customizing products to meet particular market and regulatory requirements. -Ensuring competitiveness and innovation of the products. -Maintaining awareness of latest trends in the construction industry, and propose existing new products and application adaptation.
