Accountant
- 2+ years of Experience as Finance controller.
- Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.
- Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
- Perform research, reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in processes.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement for verifying bank balance to cash in hand balances.
- Dealing with Banks, Issuing Cheques and Dealing with parties for Sales and Purchases.
- Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly basis and cash flow reports.
- Assist accountants and prepare all financial data and reports.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
- Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages.
- Train clerical staff on office equipment, policies and procedures, arrange for setup on new computers and logging of new employees in database.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
