We pride ourselves on our diverse pool of talent comprising the most creative minds who are actively engaged to ensure that we deliver on all of our commitments. As the F&B; Accountant your role will involve tending to all the financial aspect of the F&B; outlet as per the scope of work.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements for the following entities
• Recording of Bank Receipt vouchers for all the receipt transactions appearing in the account
• Recording of Cash Receipt vouchers for all the cash receipt transaction appearing in the bank statement
• Recording the necessary entries for the redemption of FD’s and also the interest calculation.
• Recording various Journal vouchers for interest earned and accrued.
• Preparing the intercompany reconciliations and recording the necessary entries
• Handling the intercompany transactions and recording Journal vouchers for the same.
• Recording of all the MDL receipt vouchers in Oracle and also the intercompany transfers and creating account for the transactions appearing in the bank statement.
• Reconciling all the transaction appearing in the bank statement in Oracle, cash management accounting(MDL) on daily basis
• Handling the year end accruals for MHL and MCL and also liaising with auditors for the same.
• Handling fixed assets for MDL
• Checking the transactions available for BRS, general ledger for Inquiry for Trial balance in Oracle.
The ideal candidate will come from a Hospitality background and will hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant major. You will also hold over 5 years post graduate experience. Time spent in within the Hotels industry is desirable.
