Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations
Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, Monthly closings and other financial reports
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
Monitor and resolve bank issues, account/bank reconciliations
Preparing LPO, PO, PV and Invoice
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
