Accountant/Administrative Secretary

Job Profile:
Handling Accounts for a Company and assisting owner with all Administrative & IT related tasks.

Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing monthly financials like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, Ratios and Analytical points on Financials.
-Managing financial departments with responsibility for Budgets, Forecasting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
-Liaising with bankers and solicitors regarding financial transactions.
-Create, Renew, Amend and Terminate the Leases on due dates for real estate contracts
-Booking accruals, expense allocations and perform General ledger account analysis as part of the month end close process.
-Create budgets and forecasts for the management group.
-Preparing of weekly Bank, Cash positions and Cash Budget statement.
-Supervising and coordinating subordinates to ensure in smooth accounting.
-Assisting owner with all secretarial administrative tasks.
-Problem Solving for all IT related tasks and proficient user of Computers.
