Accounts Assistant and Office Administrator
We are looking for a candidate that is ambitious and multi tasking for an entry level accounting and office admin role.
Given below is the job description.
Accounting Tasks:
Receive and process invoice payments using accounting software
Review incoming invoices and accompanying documentation for accuracy and proper authorization/approval.
Ensure data entry into accounting software is complete, accurate and timely.
Perform detailed accounts reconciliations and analyses, prepare journal entries
Respond to all vendor inquiries
Review employee expense reports
Assist in external financials, tax and tax returns
Assist Controller with month end close
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Coordinate with sales department
Payment followup
Customer asset report management
Purchase Order management
Office Administration
Answering calls
Vendor registration and management
Co-ordination between customer, vendor and distributor
Software product support renewals
Day to Day office administration
Invoice generation
Customer database generation
Lead generation
Cold calls over phone
General office management
Bank related work
Expected Experience - 3 years minimum
UAE driving license will be added advantage
Salary - 3500/-
Visa provided
