Main purpose of the role

The role is in the Personal Care Central Team. It is about working on analytics, working on specific NAME wide marketing intiatives (such as Promotion pack design), working on NAME wide innovation networks. With this, person will be in charge of working on landing specific initatives on driving business efificiencies from a ONE NAME.

Main accountabilities

The following are the key accountabilities of the role:
- Strong Analytics that bring out the right opportunities and challenges from a category/country lens across lines of the P&L - Work with different business units, agency teams to drive specific marketing initiatives (such networks on Post wash extensions, NAME innovations in the 20/10 bracket) - Work on speci initiatives on driving efficiencies and collaboration as one NAME (e.g. Promotion Packaging Design, Hair sachet pack re-design) - Monitor NAME wide execution of the agreed actions on marketing/efficiency initiatives through close collaboration with different business units - Ensure Health & Safety at work place | ||||||
