Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Supplier co-ordination & product procurement.

• Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Excel & Outlook is a must.

• Maintains, retrieves, organizes records and filing systems.

• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems & implementing changes.

• Coordination, preparation of reports, data entry and updation (POS & HR Systems), analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

• Scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

• Provides support to the operations team.

• Scheduling meetings and managing the calendar appropriately and as directed by management

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the management
