Admin Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :
• Perform all routine administrative tasks including telephone attendance, correspondence, organizing emails, client and supplier coordination, etc
• Coordinate with the group human resource department for Company HRD requirements
• Handle petty cash and office administrative budget
• Coordination with all departments for smooth flow of work and information
• Assist with accounting activities in conjunction with the accountant as required
• Call prospective clients to provide leads and schedule appointments.
• Create and maintain database for new and existing clients.
• Assist with marketing activities in conjunction with the creative and/or sales department as required.
• Continuous and regular follow up on leads and/or as instructed.
• Preparation and follow up of quotations
Requirements :
• Should have 5 years experience as Admin Coordinator
• Should be an Tunisian / Algerian / Moroccan National
