Administration Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
• Should have 1-4 years experience in same field
• Knowledge for all Annual Maintenance Contracts – Fire Fighting, Pest Control, ACs Chillers, BMS System, Generators, Water Pump, water tank cleaning, Warehouse Sliding Doors. Lift/Elevators, Waste Disposal, Copier machines, Security Guards etc.
• To monitor all the services as stated in the AMC’s is being done as per scheduled (daily, monthly, quarterly service) and collect all the service reports copies and record in file.
• To request various quotation from service provider for required work/repair/maintenance and get approval in order to proceed for LPO.
• To follow up required repairs or maintenance work pending as per the service reports submitted from the contractor/service provider.
• Responsible for follow up and getting approval of all maintenance required for the copier machine repairs.
• To monitor the stock status of all consumable items in the stockroom.
• To inform assigned staff for low stock items in the store for stock refill/purchasing.
