Administration Coordinator

REPORTING TO: Concrete production manager

JOB PURPOSE:

To administrate and to coordinate the administration staff to supervise and manage the assets, equipment the batching plant office.

DUTIES & RESPONISBILITIES:

- To coordinate and to supervise the activities of the administration staff.

- To support and follow up the control of the attendance in the batching plant.

- To requests of the quotes for the material required in the office and the production for the batching plant.

- To schedule and supervise of the maintenance the office equipment in the batching plant.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification/Experience:

- Degree in international business, Accountant, Industrial Engineer, Degree administration.

- Minimum 4+ years- experience in administration
