The fundamental responsibility of this position is to assist the Finance team in all related business and operational functions of the Finance Office.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, faculty and staff.
- Implement excellent customer service in order to project a professional image of the university.
- Process and post student payments.
- Reconcile Daily Cash Receipts.
- Reply to students’ inquiries and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Prepare student invoices.
- Call students and suppliers for checks collection.
- General office management including filing, photocopying and preparing outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail.
- Printing, distribution and filing of Purchase Orders.
- Match invoices and delivery notes to purchase orders and prepare for posting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
- Take minutes at meetings as needed and maintain a minutes’ log.
- Assume miscellaneous projects as assigned.
- Experience in customer service and problem solving.
- Computer literacy.
- Organizational skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Team and goal oriented.
- Experience in customer service positions.
- Bachelor Degree
- Attention to detail
