With airport traffic growth forecast to outstrip capacity our collaborative CH2M team is busier than ever providing Program Management and Design Engineering solutions for a number of high profile Aviation projects. We offer the unique opportunity to work on Airport projects from planning and design to construction and operational readiness.

ROLE:
• Manager of delivery of Airfield designs including client liaison internal process management and technical coordination.
• The role will entail Project Delivery and Business Development support responsibilities for the CH2M aviation business in the Middle East and India region. This Client facing delivery role will contribute to profitability and growth of business volume, strengthening market reputation, primarily through excellent project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading engineering delivery of concept or detailed design projects
• Liaison with Client
• Managing of internal Project Processes PEP, Risk and QA/QC
• Planning detailed engineering activities with airfield design staff and team leaders of infrastructure disciplines
• Provides engineering oversight to mid-junior level staff promoting a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, time sensitivity and cost awareness.
• Ensuring that project is executed strictly in adherence to contract.
• Provides training and guidance to others
