- The purpose of the Marketing & Sales Executive is to utilize and expand all potential media outlets and sales opportunities to promote services of the medical center while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining an awareness of the activities of our competitors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline, for a defined territory to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
· Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
· Preparation and delivery of appropriate presentations on medical services.
· Ensure the availability of stock for sales campaign materials & demonstrations.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, campaigns or any related marketing events.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
· Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries & following up with clients.
· Forecast and track sales trends, analyzing collected data or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, in addition to analyzing marketing trends.
· Any other duties as decided by your line manager.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications
· BS degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Experience
· Minimum one year experience in a sales position within the healthcare sector.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Fluent in written and spoken English and/or Arabic.
· Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
· Effective and professional communication skills.
· Advanced user of computer applications (Microsoft Office).
· Efficient in use and understanding of all social media feeds including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
· Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively promoting services through events and marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
· Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
· Ability to handle and work under pressure with good pace of work effectively.
