Area Sales Manager - Construction / Consulting / Contractor
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for a renowned International Company.
Your responsibility will be to sell and promote the company product, through customers are distributors, installers, or prescribers.
You will be developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, developing the existing ones and constantly monitoring market trends and competitors' activities.
You will be in charge of the following activities:
- To achieve sales targets within product range and assigned area, and developing current customer portfolio and analysing markets to identify customers'potential;
- To Manage the existing partners and grow the distribution network.
- To Penetrate & develop the project channels (tenders)
- To provide Sales & Technical support to partners and customers in the region.
- To participate in trade fairs and events across the region to promote the company products and solutions
- To maintain relationships with the key accounts and to negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy;
- To guarantee the customer satisfaction providing a consistent and effective customer care.
- Master Degree,
- Previous experience in managing B2B relationship negotiating sales terms and is able to promote the Company across the professional channel developing in full its potential.
- Experience within the construction industry
- Contacts within the region with consultant, contractors, MEP
- Regional and local (UAE) exposure

Arabic speaker would have an advantage.
