Job Description
Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching and retaining client relationships and converting leads into business opportunities.
Visit potential clients to get contracts for application of construction chemicals (Site Engineers, Procurement dept, Project Managers, Consultants etc.)
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Estimate and Prepare quotations to customers as required
Negotiating prices, contract terms and closing sales.
Offering after-sales support services and ensuring that work is done to specifications.
Analyzing costs and sales
Achieve company sales targets and budgets
Achieve company profit targets
Making technical presentations and demonstration
Liaising with other members of the sales team and technical team
Solving client problems regarding product applications
Reporting to the management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in the market.
Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business.
Follow-up Payments and Ensure payments are received in time.
Experience in Waterproofing, concrete repairs, protective coating, Floor coatings, Polyurea coatings and cable coatings
