Assist Branch Manager to plan, direct, control sales & services of respective branch and exceed targets set. Replace Branch Manager / Counter Service Manager in their absence. Leads “Lean/S2FM in their branch and acts as a role model. Ensure frontline feedback is provided to proposition units. Ensure adherence to all process and controls in branch.
