Job Purpose
Facilitate the flow of Credit Proposals, print CPs and related documents and MB-100 / HRC’s received through PREM or otherwise and distribute it to the concerned Credit Managers.
Verify FI CPs and Exposures before submission to the Credit Managers. Collate incoming FI CPs at the time of renewal of ICRs before submission to Credit Managers and circulate ICR to all concerned after approval.
Route MRSs to respective Credit Managers after checking for appropriate financials/spreads and follow up with business in case not available on the system.
Maintain a log of all incoming CPs, MB-100, IOMs & HRCs received on PREM as well as manual CPs received from Bahrain, Egypt, Doha and Kuwait. Maintain log of declined cases, enhancements, NTB’s and Green Light approvals.
Create tracking and follow up through Lotus Notes for CPs with remarks for any pending documentation or requirements from Business.
Prepare statement of CPs pending with WRM for the weekly Credit Review Forum.
Filing of all approved CPs with related documents and other important e-mails, approvals, referrals, Engineer Reports (PAR/PPR & TCR) etc. in the respective Credit Files/Project Files and create new files for the new approved borrowers.
Old Records & Credit Files: Identify and transfer old files / records to the Old Record Center on an ongoing basis and Retrieval of the records as and when requested by the Unit.
Typing/carry out amendments in the Credit Policy Manual. Liaising with the printers for printing the credit policy manual on the same day. On finalization uploading the policy on the intranet.
Record keeping of Risk Committee Presentations and Minutes and Credit Review Forum provided by Samir Sultan Ali.
Administrative:
Arrange local/international travel, hotel & Visas (wherever applicable) for WRM.
Arrange logistics for the new joinees in close coordination with Risk Management HR Coordinator through UPA, MIT & I-Procurement. Orientation meetings are scheduled in co-ordination with HR relating to the Unit wherever applicable.
Arrange cars (internal/External Vendors) for the managers for official trips within the same day of receiving the request.
Arrange necessary set-up/access/credit files to Central Bank Auditors / External Auditors / Internal Auditors as and when required upon receipt of the e-mail notification from Line Manager & CAD.
Log the calls for the required accesses / floor maintenance through UPA/MIT/I-Procurement for WRM.
Replenishment of monthly grocery & stationery for the department through i-Procurement.
Process various Invoice Payments (Consultants/Subscription Renewal) etc. are processed through I-Procurement.
Processing of Visiting Cards Requisitions on i-Procurement.
ADMIN. FILES (Up-to-date filing of Admin. approvals relating to the Unit on ongoing basis).
Process various staff reimbursement claims, approvals & maintain records (within 2 days or as and when the bills are received) and maintain Excel List for all staff applications received and approved.
Provide support to Head of Wholesale Risk, Calendar maintenance and liaison with internal staff, units and clients. Maintain Record of Client Calls made by Head of Wholesale Risk during the year.
Compilation of Data for Risk Management as required by HR / Admin. / CPD for relevant units of RM (WRM/ESU/Special Assets) / EC, Ops. Risk, Basel II & Market Risk in coordination with Risk Management HR Coordinator, as and when required:

The incumbent should be a graduate, with 5 – 6 years experience in credit administration and operations.
