Join us as Assistant Front Office Manager at the InterContinental Dubai Marina. You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. We are looking for someone that has experience leading and developing a large team and can embrace IHG’s ways of working to help drive the hotel’s vision.
By assisting to create a positive and productive work environment, you'll establish and maintain effective employee relations, and ensure superior guest experience. You'll report directly to the Front Office Manager and support in managing front office team and its operations.
In this position, you will help lead and drive the team to achieve excellent guest service standards. You will support the smooth running of the Front Office operation and help ensure that health and safety standards are met. Also, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.
The ideal candidate must be motivated, focused leader with a proven track record in leadership with at least 4 years Hotel Leadership experience. Candidates must be young, dynamic and willing to pursue a promising career. Candidates who have experience in the U.A.E. market, or who have worked in the G.C.C with a major international hotel chain will be a definite advantage. Someone with a high ability to influence, sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and understands the competitive market.
