Assistant Manager - Customer Engagement

Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai. As the Assistant Manager – Customer Engagement, your role will be responsible for acting as primary liaison to internal stakeholders and loyalty program(s) supplier(s) including managing daily operations, point of contact to destinations, and managing incidents that impact or support partners.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Leading report and cost management assessment for loyalty program(s) by managing deliverables to management
• Communicating key updates
• Developing, managing, tracking and monitoring campaigns with the objective of customer acquisition and retention
• Monitoring and controlling implementation of customer engagement roadmap,
• Ensuring timely delivery and engaging in continuous quality assurance
• Gathering, analyzing and managing data to provide insights, periodic reports and recommendations on process and/or experience enhancements
• Instigating data analytic tool to analyze consumer trends capturing behavioral / transactional data to create a rounded customer view to allow more targeted and personalized campaigns
• Creating redemption reads / periodic dashboards and recommending themes for future campaigns and /or partnerships
• Meeting with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business cases to understand requirements and goals, and identify and resolve issues
• Providing training for internal staff / third party tenants on customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs
• Managing team budget, controlling expenses ensuring the projects remain within the allocated budget
