Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai, and is now hiring for the following position: Assistant Manager – Operations for our upcoming malls. Your role will be relating to the property management aspects of mall trading, events and promotions, leasing and seasonal projects in support of trading income projections, quality appearance and on time delivery of all associated articles. It will also include supporting the engineering and aesthetic maintenance of the asset through inspection and direction to the Community Management Team. 

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following; 

Preparing and monitoring Capex and Opex 
Managing the entire operations on day to day for the retail asset 
Supporting the process of handover of assets from developers/projects/RDD 
Coordinating with the Mall General Manager to ensure that handed over assets are acceptable. 
Supporting coordination of all tenant variations and ensure proper processes are conducted and closed out. 
Supporting all matters related to property in regards to marketing events, promotions, leasing, commercial and recreation. 
Assessing quality of services provided by Facility Management. 
Ensuring that handover inspection and related snagging list is completed. 
Building relationships and coordination with service providers 
Conducting periodical inspection for all the assets to verify safety and conditions of the assets. 
Maintaining high-quality property standards 
Monitoring the work performance done by contractor and submit reports. 
Maintaining Safety standard onsite. 
Supporting and reviewing all utilities record, payments and collections. 

Qualifications

 
The ideal candidate should also hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and should possess good knowledge of property management and facilities management. You will be required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have excellent communication skills to effectively assist stakeholders as per Meraas’ standards and also have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
