- Supervise Project Engineers
- Maintain a daily log and project diary
- Review cost-coding (timesheets and invoices)
- Approve P& ID drawings
- Review daily production reports
- Supervise Forecasted Final cost reporting.
- Review submittals.
- Drafting – field sketches, interpreting contract drawings for use in the field.
- Maintain daily photo log.
- Gather and compile daily diaries from field engineers, superintendents, foreman, and project manager.
- Record equipment and material deliveries.
- Gather and record subcontractor log and weather conditions.
- Maintain vehicle database in on-line management tool
- Assist with obtaining vehicle registrations and inspection and vehicle repair
- Track and monitor vehicle assignments
