Assistant Restaurant Manager

For a upscale pan-asian restaurant in Dubai we are currently recruiting and Assistant Restaurant Managers. The restaurant is part of a restaurant group with multi internationally branded upscale concepts.

Main responsibilities are:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager to run the daily operations of the assigned branch and taking over full responsibility in Manager’s absence
• Preparing the duty schedules for the the floor staff
• Training the junior staff on F&B services

Requirements:

• Only FEMALE candidates will be considered
• Pan-Asian concept experience is highly preffered
• Candidates should have experience at least within a Team Leader/ Shift Leader / (Senior) Restaurant Supervisor position in the UAE
• Should be currently located in the UAE
• and available to start ASAP!
