Assistant Sales Manager (Service & Maintenance)

- To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and contribution targets set for AMC's in pump service segment to ensure attainment of company set goals and profitability.
- In conjunction with the Service and Maintenance Manager develop and implement an ambitious business plan to maximize market potential for AMC's.
- Specification finalization, proposal submission and order closing so as to meet sales revenue targets.
- Create new enquires and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.
- Proactively pursue, build, maintain and grow AMC relationships.
- Pass on leads for Pumps, spare parts, service requirements, arising out of AMC sales to maximise revenue.
- Analyze the market dynamics, monitor market trends, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the service offering to meet customer expectations, evaluate offering against competition, identify new business development opportunities for better AMC packaging and implement competitive differentiation.
- Maintain and grow existing client database for AMC's by retaining existing clients through contract renewals, finding new business opportunities within extended areas within clients' organisation and other value added services.
- Be aware of the full range of products sold and marketed under the company and pass enquiries / opportunities / information onto the relevant team members to facilitate quick enquiry processing.
- Plan calls with existing and potential customers, including cold calling, to create and develop excellent customer relationships and generate enquiries.
- Represent the company during meetings with domestic and overseas customers, attend trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars to maximise the market potential for its product and service range.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with the Organization and Principal company's staff.
