This organisation is going through a prolonged period of exciting growth within their Sales & Marketing team based here in Dubai. The Bid Manager will be key in supporting the execution of strategic proposals, project managing the full bids process, providing strategic and tactical advice to the business and championing bid best practice throughout the organisation.

This position is likely to suit someone who has a career in Bid management at a Senior Executive/Analyst/Specialist or Junior/Associate Bid Manager level, or alternatively someone who is a stand alone Bid Manager i.e. does not manage a team directly currently.

• Strong experience in the full bid management process and bid management best practice, in a sales and marketing environment
• 3-6 years post degree/qualification experience, gained in a large corporate environment (a track record with multinational/blue chip companies is strongly preferred)
• Effective organizational, project management, research and analysis skills
• Excellent English language writing and communications skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage workload whilst having strong levels of attention to detail
• Ability to develop working relationships with all levels of seniority
• Qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
